Can you connect to the CRM I already use?
Usually, yes. If your CRM has an API or works with tools like Zapier or Make, we can connect it. We confirm this on the first call before you commit to anything.
Is the WhatsApp automation allowed by WhatsApp?
We build on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, which is the route WhatsApp approves for businesses. Customers message you first, and the assistant follows WhatsApp's rules on templates and opt-outs.
Will the AI say something wrong to a customer?
It only answers from the information and rules you approve, and it hands the conversation to you for anything outside them, such as a custom price.
How much does it cost?
Every project gets a fixed quote after the first call, based on what you need. There is no hourly billing, and you see a mock-up before you pay the balance.
Do I own the website?
